Thien Pham
Managing Partner — AI, Business SaaS

Thien Pham graduated from the University of Washington in 1999 and immediately began teaching at two community colleges before launching his entrepreneurial career. In 2000, he founded his first company providing IP Telephony services between the U.S. and Vietnam. Following the Dot-Com bust, he pivoted to healthcare, creating an electronic prescription platform that allowed physicians to send prescriptions directly to a patient's pharmacy of choice — a company he sold to a publicly traded firm. In 2005, Mr. Pham opened a drug wholesale business in Washington State and developed a highly efficient pharmacy software system for a client. In its first year of deployment, the client grew from $3 million to $30 million in revenue. Recognizing the broader opportunity, he built Moophi — a web-based operating system — and sold it to a public company within three months. In 2010, Mr. Pham created a sophisticated Infotainment platform offering Streaming TV, Internet, Movies, and IP Telephone, successfully deploying a $5.5 million system to a 150-bed hospital. Inspired by his hospital experience, he founded NutroTHERM, a pharmaceutical company in Lacey, Washington, aimed at manufacturing generic drugs for export to nonprofit organizations serving the sick. He later pivoted to formulating an anti-aging product line — including eye cream, facial wash, night cream, day cream, and blemish remover — securing 30 retailers within the first month. To accelerate his work across industries, Mr. Pham developed a no-code rapid application development platform, reducing software development timelines from years to months. In 2022, he founded Beezifi, a payment gateway platform, generating $1.5 million in year one, $6.3 million in year two, and $9.4 million in year three. With the rise of AI, Mr. Pham advanced his development process further — building enterprise-grade business software in under three hours using his proprietary AI methodology. He founded Catholic Project Fund to channel his lifetime of experience into a platform that leverages technology and AI to nurture sustainable growth for individuals, organizations, and communities worldwide.

Vu Pham
Managing Partner — AI and Business SaaS

Vu Pham holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Texas at Arlington. Before beginning his engineering and technology career, Vu served as a U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman Veteran, with deployment for Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. In addition to providing emergency medical care in a combat environment, he served as Medical Supply Petty Officer in Charge, responsible for ordering and maintaining $30 million worth of medical supplies in support of combat operations — an experience that forged his discipline, precision, and leadership under pressure. Vu is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer in both Texas and Washington State. As Principal Civil Engineer of Puget Sound CE, LLC in Lacey, WA, he provides civil design services to local, state, and federal agencies for major highway and capital improvement projects. His engineering expertise spans roadway, drainage, dewatering, water, and wastewater design, including the preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates. In parallel, Vu has built a distinguished career as a software architect, developer, and consultant. Over more than a decade working alongside Thien Pham, he has developed enterprise software and assisted with patent development, with a focus on security and digital marketing. His rapid application development methodology has consistently cut time-to-market and reduced costs for clients across industries. As the technical mind behind the team's early IP Telephony platform, Vu built and maintained the infrastructure that connected users between the U.S. and Vietnam. He led the engineering of an electronic prescription platform — enabling physicians to transmit prescriptions directly to pharmacies — before it was acquired by a publicly traded firm. He architected a pharmacy software system that helped a client grow from $3 million to $30 million in revenue within a single year, and later served as CTO of Moophi, a web-based operating system sold to a public company within three months of launch. Vu led the technical development of a large-scale Infotainment platform delivering Streaming TV, Internet, Movies, and IP Telephone — successfully deployed as a $5.5 million system in a 150-bed hospital. Using the fewest possible servers and devices to reduce costs, he implemented hospital-wide networks capable of streaming video, audio, network communications, and bedside applications at scale. Vu brings this rare combination of military service, civil engineering excellence, and deep software expertise to Catholic Project Fund, where he serves as Chief Technology Officer, overseeing all technology strategy, platform development, and digital infrastructure in service of the organization's global mission.
